Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card details on our servers.

Orders are confirmed by email. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Electus Collective is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy. All sale items are final sale.

All content on this site — including images, graphics, copy, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Electus Collective. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electus Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
