Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Due to the limited-run nature of our drops, all sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return

Email us at contact@electuscollective.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and further instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover all costs for a replacement or full refund.

Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
